Credit facilities are offered by arrangement only - pro forma payment is required on all first two orders. After this period an account can be applied for. We are able to accept payment by bank transfer or cheque. All cheques are to be made payable to Luna Tree Jewellery. All accounts are strictly 30 days. Luna Tree Jewellery reserves the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on all overdue accounts.

The minimum order is £100.

Carriage is paid on orders over £250. Orders under £250 will be charged at cost. The current minimum postage charge is £5.50. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Special Delivery is the only service that insures for valuable jewellery items adequately. Goods are received usually by 1pm on the next working day after despatch. You will be notified by telephone on despatch of your order.

At Luna Tree Jewellery we endevour to process and despatch your orders quickly and efficently, usually within 3 working days, unless a delivery date is specified. However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer.

All stated sizes along side each item are approximate only and relate to the pendant sizes only unless otherwise stated. i.e. Earring drop size or necklace pendant detail length. All measurements are in centimetres. All necklaces are a standard 40cm (16 inch) necklace length and all bracelets are a standard 19cm (7.5 inch) bracelet length. Extension chains can be provided at an extra cost and need to be requested at time of ordering.

We have taken every care to ensure that the pictures and descriptions are representative of the product, but please be aware that all Luna Tree Jewellery is handmade and minor variations are inevitable.

All products remain the property of Luna Tree Jewellery until payment has been made in full.

If you have any descrepancies with a delivery, You will need to contact Luna Tree Jewellery within 3 working days from reciept of goods, either by telephone or email.

It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high quality craftsmanship, however, should any item be returned to you due to a production fault, within 3 months of sale, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Please call to disscuss the return before sending back. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned.

Prices are subject to change. Silver is a global commodity which is bought and sold on the stock market every working day and therefore the price can change dramatically over night. The general trend of silver over the last few years has been a steady increase in its value.

Due to fluctuations within the global market of silver, Luna Tree Jewellery reserves the right to amend prices as displayed on this website and within the wholesale price list when the need to should arise.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass on, rent or sell your email address, or any personal information about you, to any third party under any circumstances.
