Retail Ordering

To place an order, please use the shopping cart facillity on the website catalogue. Add all the items you require by clicking the "buy me" button (left) that is next to the picture of the item. You can see the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the "My Shopping Bag" button at the top of each catalogue page. You can also use this button to finish your order and go to the checkout. Here you will see your order displayed. You can amend your order, such as changing quantities or deleting items. When you have finished, follow the on screen instructions, leaving all your details and your prefered method of payment.

By using our website and ordering from us, you are accepting our terms and conditions. Please note that no contract exists between us until we have contacted you about your order in person. All prices are in pounds sterling and retail prices are inclusive.

We will contact you to confirm stock availability of your order, so please provide a daytime contact number or an email address you will check regularly. You will then be issued with an order number.

Every item ordered will be despatched within its own presentation box free of charge.
