We are able to accept payment by cheque, postal order or paypal at present. Credit and debit cards can also be used on the shopping cart facility. Goods will be despatched on clearance of the required funds.

 

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Luna Tree Jewellery. All cheques are subject to a clearing period of around 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) prior to the dispatch of orders. Please write your order number on the back of your cheque.

 

 

All orders will be sent by first class post and charged £3.00 for postage and packing. Orders over the value of £30.00 are sent by first class post and are tracked with a signature required upon delivery. Orders over the value of £60.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. This is also trackable and requires a signature. No matter what you order, you will only be charged a flat rate of £3.00. However if you’re order is £40.00 or more then postage will be free of charge.

 

At Luna Tree Jewellery we endeavour to process and dispatch your orders quickly and efficiently, usually within 3 working days on receipt of cleared funds. However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer.

 

 

To order in time for Christmas, orders need to be placed on or prior to Thursday 15th December 2011 to be delivered in time. Any order taken after this date will not be guaranteed to be delivered in time.

 

 

All products remain the property of Luna Tree Jewellery until payment has been made in full.

 

 

You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

 

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)on receipt of goods, for any reason.

 

Provided the returned items reach us in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However the cost of postage is not refundable nor is the cost of postage to return the goods to us.

 

Please ensure any returned items are correctly labelled and packaged sufficiently with your details and order number enclosed. Without these, your return cannot be processed!

 

Please note, that due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable items unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Any item returned after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

We have taken every care to ensure that the pictures and descriptions are representative of the product, but please be aware that all Luna Tree Jewellery is handmade and minor variations are inevitable. 

 

 

Prices are subject to change. Silver is a global commodity which is bought and sold on the stock market every working day and therefore the price can change dramatically over night. The general trend of silver over the last few years has been a steady increase in its value.

 

Due to fluctuations within the global market of silver, Luna Tree Jewellery reserves the right to amend prices as displayed on this website when the need to should arise.

 

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass on, rent or sell your email address, or any personal information about you, to any third party under any circumstances.
